I just wanted to give an update on my dad: My dad has been seriously overweight for most of my life. He has always had that beer gut. He has been on all kinds of medicines for diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure. Late last year, he was even hospitalized a few times for fluid around his heart and kidney failure. Needless to say, my dad was a very sick man. I got him started on Plexus about 3 months ago. To date, he is off of his blood pressure and diabetes medicines, he no longer has fluid around his heart, and his kidney function is great. He has lost 47 pounds so far and feels amazing!!  It's great to be free of prescription meds...my former doctor had me taking over 17 meds for blood pressure, diabetes, cholest., etc. by April when my blood pressure spun out of control this time last year. Water, eating routine change, plexus and a brilliant, experienced doctor turned it all around for me. Taking all the plexus products, some other supplements and new type of insulin turned it around for me. My A1C is down from 11.8 to 7.5, weight down from 246 to below 220 pounds, and meds down to minimum dose on five vs maximum dose on 17! Not only has my pharmacy bill been cut in half but I helped manage an increase in income for my family last year of an extra $15,000! Excited about reaching my bmi weight, getting off more meds, exercising and helping my daughter raise extra income for college!  I hafta say, i waa skeptical at 1st but since starting my plexus 1 month ago I have noticed several changes in myself for the good! Besides losing 21-22 lbs, I feel less anxiety, I sleep better, have less aches & pains, I'm more energetic & my flexibility & balance is better! My overall feeling is wonderful! I used to b a "perpetual complainer" just ask my fiance Brad Bourgeois, he can tell u, every day I woke up & went to bed complaining of some kinda pain! I haven't been complaining lately! I'm sure that's a relief to him! Lol! Also I have no need for my Metformin bcuz my type 2 diabetes is nonexistent!!!  Saved the pair of jeans I bought for my birthday last year. What a blessing to be more healthy THIS year! Praise the Lord for Plexus! It's truly not all about weight loss(Though I haven't minded that 46 lb. "side effect"). ;) Inches, sizes, feeling so much better, family and friends coming off or lowering their diabetes and other meds...the blessings just keep coming while we just keep earning! My true definition of a "win/win". SOo thankful to have gone from the 26-28 (Aaauuuggghh!) of that pair, to the 18 (Whew! Better!) I'm wearing today in this picture. Thrilled to be continuing the journey! I started taking Plexus slim and accelerator just after my birthday last year. So many blessings have followed! No more fibromyalgia flare-ups, my family and many others are much healthier, my husband's lost 63 lbs. and gone from a 40 down to a 32 waist, we get paid for helping people get healthy, and more!  I  just wanted to give everyone an update on my journey i started plexus the Monday after Thanksgiving ,,But i wanted to give Plexus a true test so i removed myself off of all my medications and put my trust in plexus at that Time i was taking three medications for high blood pressure and three medication for type two diabetes now as of march 22, 2013 i had a visit with my primary doctor and these are my results that are now factual.. when i started Plexus my daily blood sugar was running an average of 450 count with no medication as of the 22nd at my doctor visit my blood sugar was an average of 240 still without medications and my blood pressure was 130\80 with no blood pressure medicine and a weight loss during the time of thanksgiving to now a weight loss of 36 lbs so after con firing with my doctor he did not put me back on any blood pressure medicine and he reduced my diabetes medication by half and we will retest in ninety day days i still have 20lbs to loss to reach my goal weight and hopefully off of the rest of my medication . So to me i see this test that i ran as a complete success ..
